It’s “Time” for EnviroControl Systems to Undertake Another Unique Project!
Through the years, EnviroControl Systems has completed award-winning historic reuse projects, projects which bring architecturally significant buildings into the 21st century.
Currently, EnviroControl Systems is completing a tenant build-out of Plain City’s Clock Tower Building. Located in Plain City’s Uptown District, the Clock Tower Building will become home to the second Ohio location of A.M. Scott distillery, restaurant, and purveyor of local goods.
The iconic Seth Thomas Clock and its tower were first dedicated on Nov 15, 1902. A beloved landmark, the Clock Tower is featured in Plain City’s corporate logo.
EnviroControl System will provide both mechanical systems for the comfort of patrons, and necessary kitchen equipment.
Project will include: RTUs including drains, and curbs; split systems; refrigerant piping: exhaust fans: and electric wall heaters.
Kitchen upgrades include Type 1 Kitchen hoods, exhaust fans, makeup air, stainless steel backsplash, and welded ductwork.
EnviroControl Systems will provide diffusers, louvers, balance dampers, and controllers per project specs.
