EnviroControl Systems, a 2026 ABC National Top Performer, is pleased to announce that it has installed Carrier’s first rooftop dual fuel large commercial unit to come off the Carrier assembly line. It is the first piece of such equipment to be installed anywhere in the world.

On a snowy day in Beavercreek, OH, EnviroControl Systems installed the equipment in what will become the L.L. Bean store at the Greene Town Center.

EnviroControl Systems has an interesting long-term connection to the space scheduled to become L.L. Bean. EnviroControl Systems completed mechanical work in the same space before it opened as Forever 21 several years ago. Now, years later, EnviroControl Systems is creating the tenant build out for L.L. Bean in the same space.
