EnviroControl Systems is honored to join General Contractor, Greater Dayton Construction, in bringing Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant and Winery to Green Township, west of Cincinnati. Cooper’s Hawk Green Township is the fourth Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant in EnviroControl Systems’ portfolio, joining Cooper’s Hawks Restaurant at Cincinnati Kenwood, Bales Street Liberty Towne Center, and Cornerstone of Centerville.

EnviroControl Systems will install commercial HVAC systems for customer comfort as well as kitchen equipment.

Cooper’s Hawk commercial mechanical system includes 5 Rooftop Units with curbs and unit drains, 2 DOAS units with curbs, 2 ductless mini split system, 2 exhaust fans, 2 electric heaters, and 2 duct heaters.

Kitchen equipment includes 3 type 1 Kitchen hoods, 3 type 1 Kitchen hood exhaust fans, 44 linear feet of stainless steel backsplash, black iron welded ductwork, Type 2 kitchen hoods, and type 2 kitchen hood exhaust fans.

EnviroControl Systems will prove balance dampers, duct insulation, grilles, registers and diffusers.

In addition to new construction, EnviroControl Systems has completed tenant build-out when Cooper’s Hawk moves into existing restaurant spaces.

Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant and Winery serves upscale casual American food with a full-service bar, private dining areas, and an extensive wine portfolio.
