Apprenticeship Opportunities

Provides assistance on a variety of commercial HVAC new construction and retrofits under the direction of Job Project Supervisor and Commercial Projects Manager, adhering to workmanship standards and company policy, and adhering to all safety standards and local codes. In this entry level apprentice position the employee is expected to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with team members, HVAC mechanical ability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Level 1 Apprentices demonstrate a commitment to invest in themselves through in-house training, in-field training, and professional development classes.
This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.
Provides assistance on a variety of commercial HVAC new construction and retrofits, working independently of direct supervision while adhering to workmanship standards, company policy, and safety standards. Having mastered all skills required of the Level #1; apprentice begins working with minimal supervision; demonstrating the ability work effectively with team members, HVAC mechanical ability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Level #2 apprentices work with Commercial Project Manager, and General Manager, to develop personal development plans which allow the apprentice to advance in 9-12 months.

Provides assistance on a variety of commercial HVAC new construction and retrofits, working independently of direct supervision while adhering to workmanship standards, company policy, and safety standards. Demonstrates consistent proficiency of all Commercial Project Apprentice Level #1 & #2 skills; works well with team members while assisting Project Journeyman in training Level #1, and Level #2 apprentices. Assuming more independent assignments and demonstrating emerging ability to supervise Level#1/l#2 Apprentices per project demands.
This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.
Provides assistance on a variety of commercial HVAC new construction and retrofits. Demonstrates consistent proficiency in all Level #1, #2, #3 skills. Completes complex tasks to workmanship standards. Maintains a positive attitude, works well with team members, and trains apprentices to workmanship standards. The goal of the Level #4 Apprentice is to transition to Journeyman Mechanic. Level #4 apprentices answer more directly to the Commercial project Manager as they assume more independent assignments.
