Fairborn Police Station

This 12 month project began with the demolition of the existing air handler, condenser, boiler, all duct board, and an air terminal unit. EnviroControl Systems installed a Lochinvar boiler, a Trane air handler, and condenser, four exhaust fans, twenty-seven air terminal units, two recirculating pumps, new copper, and ductwork.  This project was unique as all work was performed while the police station was occupied, 100% operational, and properly secured to protect the community and staff.
