EnviroControl Systems completed the mechanical system on new construction of the Dayton Metro Library, Trotwood branch. EnviroControl Systems provided and installed two RTUs with curbs and smoke detectors, one split system, fourteen VAV units, three exhaust fans, two hot water boilers, one air dirt separator, one expansion tank, one chemical pot feeder, four hydronic pumps, one auto make-up water assembly, one hot water cabinet unit with a wall mounted thermostat, one hot water panel radiator, water piping, air devices and insulated ductwork. Installed ductwork surpassed owner’s required pressure test. As a plan and spec public job, EnviroControl Systems successfully worked with other trades, including producing coordination drawings, and working with outside contractor on HVAC system controls.
