Avant Garde

The conversion of Lotz Paper Building to the Avant Garde Office  Suites and Restaurant Space was undertaken during 2017-2018.  EnvrioControl Systems was contracted to install the mechanical systems;  including two 25ton RTUs, three 20ton RTUs, two exhaust fans, and 1,000 feet of duct.  All of these projects were undertaken while maintaining the functional slide from 4^th to 3^rd floor.
