EnviroControl Systems is pleased to announce that its Dayton design-build project, the Manhattan, was recognized with an ABC Excellence in Construction Eagle Award at the ABC Gala held April 28, 2022, at the Sharonville Convention Center.
Excellence in Construction Eagle Award submissions require a nine-part overview of the project including value of the project, safety, photos, recognition, and diversity. Photos of the project are included to tell the project’s story.
The Manhattan is the historic reuse of 601 E. Third Street, Dayton, and was completed in conjunction with Woodard Associates. This once crumbling relic is now home to two of Dayton’s cutting-edge technology companies. The Manhattan sits side-by-side with two other outstanding EnviroControl Systems’ projects: The Steam Plant and The AvantGarde Building.
Topping off the evening, Doug Crosley was named the 2022 Craft Professional of the Year in honor of trade professionalism spanning a 51 year career in HVAC. Doug joins son, Joseph Crosley, honored as 2017 Craft Professional of the Year, and Charles Ellis, 2019 Craft Professional of the Year finalist.
