Increasingly recognized for its award-winning work in historic reuse of buildings, EnviroControl Systems joined NATION Kitchen in bringing its second Cincinnati location to the Westwood neighborhood.
The project was exciting on many levels. In addition to offering a fun, family dining experience at affordable prices, NATION Kitchen is committed to locating its restaurants in communities needing a stable partner in long-term economic development.
EnviroControl Systems provided the former Engine Company No 33, built in 1907, and abandoned in 2013, with modern heating/cooling technology including RTUs, split-systems, make-up air, and kitchen hoods to support food preparation.
EnviroControl Systems met the challenge of introducing cutting-edge technology to the former firehouse while maintaining the original concrete floors, pressed tin ceilings, and tiled walls.
